If you plan to arrive at Belconnen Way Hotel & Serviced Apartments after reception hours which is 8pm, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a smooth after-hours check-in for you.
Our after-hours process is unstaffed, if you intend on arriving or arrive after reception is closed we require payment in advance.
